研究方向及成果

长期从事生猪育种及猪医学价值开发工作,采用基因编辑和细胞生物学等技术 研究调控动物肌肉生长发育和脂质沉积的分子机制,深度挖掘关键调控基因。推 动建立陕西省猪种质创新中心与育种基地,带领团队培育优质高繁新品种秦川黑 猪并实现千万元的转化;搭建了基因编辑猪产学研协同创新平台,推动我国基因 编辑大动物模型创制跃居世界前列,为猪分子育种和生物医学研究提供理论基础 和科技支撑。获批国家“青年人才项目”、两项国家自然基金面上项目及十四五 国家重点研发计划等课题。相关成果以通讯作者发表在 Cell Metabolism(亮 点文章)、Nature Communications、Advanced Science 及 The EMBO Journal 等国际学术期刊,受到科技部重点关注与报道。荣获陕西省中青年科技 创新领军人才、陕西青年科技标兵、陕西青年科技奖等荣誉称号。
